TABB is for women who want to take a break from alcohol or are already living, an alcohol-free life. Rooted in integrity, we meet every woman exactly where she’s at without any pressure or judgement. TABB offers programs, community, meetings and Hola Sober's The Covenant Program. 

Our Mission is to create a safe, supportive space where we walk together on the journey of alcohol-free living. ARC (Abstinence, Respect, Connection)n represents our guiding arc toward growth, healing, and a life lived fully, built on the three core values that shape our journey and connect us.
