Creating Hola Sober has been one of the greatest joys of my work — and of my life. What began as a digital magazine soon grew into something far more alive: a space for women walking the sober path with courage, wit, and grace.
Today, Hola Sober has evolved into a new rhythm — with The Morning Call Lounge and The Lounge Journal as its heart. The audios, the words, the stories — they’re all part of the same conversation, one that honours truth, humour, and our shared humanity.
Having stepped away from social media, I feel more connected to the service work than ever before. Without the noise and the constant performance of online life, I can pour myself fully into what matters: writing, creating, and showing up for women who refuse to half-arse their sobriety or their lives.
Hola Sober has always been — and remains — a quiet revolution. No algorithms. No distractions. Just honesty, beauty, and sisterhood, served straight up with a wink and a bit of Irish wisdom.
Beir bua agus beannacht,
Susan Christina Creamer xx
Each month, Hola Sober Diary arrives — free, fresh, and full of heart.
Inside? Daily sober reflections, lifestyle notes, fashion, beauty, culture, and everything in between.
This isn’t your typical sobriety mag. It’s a vibrant space for women living intentionally — with clarity, confidence, and no interest in half-measures.
From mindset shifts to must-have kaftans, from sacred rituals to sharp-as-hell essays, Hola Sober Diary is the space where sobriety isn't something you endure — it's something you elevate.
Dynamic, fresh, and unapologetically real, this magazine honours the full picture of living sober: the bold, the beautiful, the brilliant ordinary days.
Sobriety is just the beginning.
Welcome to the life beyond.
Welcome to Hola Sober Diary.
