PLEDGE-90

The Hola Sober PLEDGE-90 is an intensive Sober Empowerment Program designed to create

sustained sobriety and a permanent upgrade to your life.

Here at Hola Sober we share our knowledge and support freely, and we ask your commitment to show up for yourself and do the work involved in transforming your life.

• PLEDGE-90 runs February-April, and September-November each year
• PLEDGE-90 is an online classroom where a community of women connect daily addressing their relationship with alcohol.
• PLEDGE-90 offers daily support and motivation from a dedicated team of volunteer mentors
• Each morning there will be a lesson, video, and question to answer.
• You will be invited to join our global community at online meetings during and after your PLEDGE-90 journey.
• PLEDGE-90 is for (1) those starting on their sober journey (2) those already on the sober journey who need a reminder of why they are traveling this path (3) for those with sustained sobriety wanting to expand their self-knowledge and development.
