Thank you for stopping by to find out more about who is behind the ever evolving HOLA SOBER magazine. I found when I put down my wine glass on January 6th 2019, I could not find a magazine that supported my not-drinking lifestyle choice so I decided to create one. I believe it is important I continue to read sober stories of triumph, sober tool box ideas, self-care ideas, mental health experts, wellness experts and nutritionists on my journey. My newsletter was sent out to hundreds of women for the past two plus years (I am the Founder of Sassy Sober Sisters) and has now evolved into a magazine educating and inspiring those of us brave enough to stand up as non-drinkers in a drink drenched world. Yes, brave enough, because putting down the wine glass is the epitome of female empowerment in my book.
I am building a team of like-minded powerful female voices creating a positive vibrant collective with sober ideas worth sharing.
